DESCRIPTION A discontinued single grain, Irish whiskey produced at the Cooley distillery. Matured in American oak, ex bourbon casks. 4,000 bottles were produced. Bottled at 46%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Soft sweetcorn accompanied by a burst of zesty orange and citrus lemon. Palate: Sweet butterscotch toffee with rich creamy vanilla. Finish: Sweetness lingers on the tongue making way to smooth fresh oak.
